Privacy Policy

gigatonstudios.com. Effective and last updated 2026-10-31.

The short version. This website does not ask you for anything, has no accounts, no forms and no ads, and we do not run analytics or tracking on it. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy. This page covers the website only. The site is run by Gigaton Studios, a brand of Gigaton LLC, a Florida company (“we”, “us”).

1. What the website collects

We do not collect personal information through the website. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes visitors’ IP addresses and basic request details in routine server logs to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. We do not use those logs to identify you.

2. If you write to us

If you send an email to one of our addresses, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation, and we keep it as long as needed for that. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

3. Our apps

What each app saves and sends is explained in that app’s own privacy policy, which is linked from its page. This policy does not cover them.

4. Your choices and rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected]. Where the law gives you rights (for example in the EU, the UK and California), we will honour them.

5. Children

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has written to us, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

6. Changes

When we change this page we change the date at the top.

7. Contact

Privacy questions: [email protected]. Everything else: [email protected].
