Terms of Use
These terms are between you and Gigaton Studios, a brand of Gigaton LLC, a Florida company (“we”, “us”). By installing or playing Gran’s Racer you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play.
1. What this is
Gran’s Racer is a small racing game for fun. It is an early version that we are testing. It may change, have bugs, or stop working, and we may update or remove it. Nothing in it costs real money, and nothing in it has a real-world value.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple’s usage rules. You may not copy, sell, rent or reverse-engineer the game, or use it for anything unlawful, except where the law says you may.
3. Who owns what
The game, its code, art, music, sound, characters and names belong to us or the people who license them to us. Using the game does not give you ownership of any of it. Apple’s trademarks, including iPhone, belong to Apple Inc.
4. Play fairly
Do not cheat, change the game’s code to get around its rules, or use it in a way that harms other people or the game.
5. Play safely
Do not play while walking, riding or driving. Stop if you feel unwell.
6. No promises, and limits
The game is provided as it is, without promises that it will always work or be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game, which is nothing for this version. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
7. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to support the game, and is not responsible for claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
8. Law and changes
These terms are governed by Florida law, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live. We may update them, and will change the date above when we do.
